Stop Janet's Reach Around (for your wallet)

Dear Arizona NMA Members,

A state Senate panel approved three measures this week, including two for the November ballot, that could limit or ban Governor Janet Napolitano's statewide ticket camera program:

Senate Bill 1470
Would ban ticket cameras on state roads.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 1032
Would let voters decide whether to ban the ticket cameras or not.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 1033
Would require a traffic study on any road where ticket cameras would be installed.

We urge you to contact your legislators to express your opinion on these measures. You can find their contact information here.
