Sierra Army Depot
|I am on the job!|
Jim, I know why Joe has all his people there. He likes to have all his people there so when something is wrong he can point the finger and say, 'Explain yourself' when he is supposed to know what is going on in his own directorate. Those SDO briefings are there for the director and his deputy not for the peanut gallery (referring to Mike Winters and company.)
The man ultimately responsible for what does and does not get accomplished on the Depot.

Joe Henderson who works on the Depot was married to Sherry Henderson who worked on the Depot after she left her job at the Lassen County Sheriff's Office. Joe Henderson's son Jason currently works on the Depot. Depot informants defend record of Jason Henderson. According to them, Jason Henderson unlike his father takes the time to train those under his charge. The very pleasant, popular and always courteous Teya Burciaga is Sherry Henderson's daughter.
“The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.”
Dwight D. Eisenhower (1890-1969)
34th U.S. President
No one is perfect. The meridian between the empires of good and evil divide my heart just as it does yours. I may seem like Inspector Jalvert, but if you read Shepard and Beach's reports you will get an idea of what kind of man I am. But I have never beat my wife within an inch of her life. I never chased her down Mesa Street in Susanville with a knife either. If my supervisors found out that I did, I would fired. Because they rightly wouldn't want that kind of scum around.
But that is not a big deal on the Depot.
