Mike Winters Breaking Bad - Sierra Army Depot Truth

Do you want to get freaky with me?
Mike Winters
Manager at Long Term Storage (LTS)

Do you remember Mike Winters?  Joe Henderson's manager who manages Long Term Storage where all the tanks are at?  It is the same Mike Winters that humiliated Merritt Shepard during the SDO (Standard Depot Operations) Brief?

Apparently Mike Winters is married to 47 year old Christina Corona of Doyle.  Who is Christina Corona?  Only the biggest Methamphetamine dealer in Southern Lassen County.

On Tuesday at 4:45 pm May 6, 2014, Lassen County Sheriff’s Department arrested 50 year-old Doyle resident Richard McCollum and Christina Corona.  Both live in Doyle, California (the crime capital of Lassen County.)

Lassen County Sheriff’s Department and a member of the California Highway Patrol found more than a pound of methamphetamine in 2011 Chevy Camaro  that they were driving Highway 395 at Red Rock Rd.
I wonder if Mike Winters knows where I can score some meth?
“Due to the nature of the investigation,” explained Captain Jones, “LCSO K-9 Brinks and his handler responded for the execution of the search warrant”  obtained by the Lassen County Narcotics Task Force.
Who buys Meth in Southern Lassen County?
In addition to the drugs, the Police discovered in the vehicle that according to law enforcement suggest McCollum and Corona possessed the narcotics for sale.  Lassen County Deputies and the Susanville Police served a search warrant on a residence in the Doyle area, where Corona (and Mike Winters) resides.

The police arrested and booked Corona and McCollum into the Lassen County Jail for numerous drug charges including; possession of narcotics for sale, transportation of narcotics for sale, transportation of narcotics across non-contiguous county lines and importation of narcotics into the State.

Bail is $90,000 for Christina Corona and $80,000 for Richard McCollum.  I wonder who has $ 90,000 lying around the house.
Who doesn't know if their spouse is a meth dealer?
We know from my termination that Sierra Army Depot managers can and will fire you for stuff you do off the Depot, stuff you did preceding the Depot or your associations.  But has the Depot fired Mike Winters for his shady associations or his off Depot activities?

Long Term Storage
Supervised by Mike Winters
Is this arrest linked to Tony Herrin and Devon Biggs?  The police still won't tell us if there was narcotics in the blood of Herrin and Biggs at the time of the arrest.  They still have not provided the public a police report.  Could they be innocent for crimes they didn't commit?

Lassen County Narcotics Task Force has searched Mike Winter's house for evidence of further crimes?  Why didn't they seize his house?  Current RICO statutes allow for property seizures.  Lassen County Narcotics Task Force not commented on whether or not Southern Lassen County particularly Doyle, California is not designated as a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area.  Nor have they commented on whether or not there is only one Sheriff designated to patrol south of Janesville.  It would take that Deputy 45 minutes to respond to any violent activity committed in Doyle.

Why won't Lieutenant Colonel Slosson order a 100% drug test on the Depot?  Why don't we find out who is using and who isn't?  This problem has persisted for decades.  Why now?  Is some gangster (there are quite a few in Southern Lassen County - not to name drop but Brian Farley, Rachel Mooney, John Dingman) icing out the competition using federal police as muscle?  Who will take Christina Corona's place as the # 1 dealer in Doyle?  The # 1 supplier on the Depot?

Are the police investigating crimes committed on the Depot?  Are they prosecuting them?  Or is this another government white wash?  Perhaps when the Police make their arrests.  They ride off in the sunset and all of this nonsense will go away and all our problems will be solved.  And we can finally enjoy our thousand years of peace.

Sierra Army Depot has never investigated the incident.  A supervisor on the depot has never been fired for mismanagement, fraud, theft or embezzlement.
